Preparing for Sessions

Pouring water into glass

Sessions wear LOOSE fitting clothing made of natural fibres (cotton, wool or silk are best). Please do not wear nylon stockings or other tight fitting clothing.

Metal can cause interference in energy work, so you will be asked to remove jewellery, belts, etc.(Difficult to remove jewellery such as body piercing are usually fine.)

Most bras are made of synthetic fibres and contain an underwire, which can cause significant interference. In order to receive the best results from a session, it is recommended that you remove bras. Removing bras will offer a better session but it is ultimately your choice. (Please do not wear sports bras, they are extremely restrictive.) Drinking a healthy amount of water before and after treatments will greatly enhance the impact of the session.

DRINKING WATER at the correct time maximizes it’s benefits on the body. Here are the tips on when to drink water from sunrise to sundown: Two glasses of water after waking up – helps activate internal organs. One glass of water 30 minutes before a meal – helps digestion. One glass of water before taking a bath – helps lower blood pressure. One glass of water before going to bed – avoids stroke or heart attack. So, since the recommended daily intake of water is at least ten glasses of water a day, the remaining three glasses could be taken inbetween these suggested times. (Note: 8 glasses of water is not enough to rehydrate this summer.)
